2. Bulk Orders, Bundles & Discounted Purchases

Due to food safety and handling considerations, larger pack orders follow a different policy:

• Unopened 12-pack or 15-pack orders may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  
• Opened or partially consumed 12-pack or 15-pack orders are not eligible for refunds
• All bulk purchases, bundle deals, and discounted orders are final sale
  
• These orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect

3. Conditions for Refunds

• Refunds will be granted for products that are unsatisfactory or have quality issues.

• If the product arrives damaged or defective, please send us clear photos of the damage along with your request.

• We may ask for additional details to understand the reason for your dissatisfaction.
